Viknesh is a dedicated training professional with more than 20 years of practical Port environment experience in the areas of Human Resources, Port Operations, Manpower planning, Organizing of Major events, Project Management and Trainings.


He has contributed in many areas of expertise in terms of Training and Developing employees with regards to performance. He has managed large scale of I training projects and have manage to even conduct an Engagement program for an organization of 3900 staffs having in mind the various levels of personal organizational behaviour and Project management. His dedication towards providing excellent Training to other organization using operational and leadership tools to solve specific and measurable needs for complex organization and ensuring that the staffs are in line with the organizations Vision, Mission and Objectives.


Having left the Port industry, he worked as a lecturer with a local firm teaching Human Resources and strategic management subjects. He was also conducting professional Trainings and consultancies for companies that require his services in terms of Operational and also Human Resources.


He has conducted various programs which includes “A leader without a Title”, “Sun Tzu the Art of Management”, Effective Communication for Non-Management, Leadership skills,
“Handling staff Disciplinary issues”, Corporate Business Ethics, Strategic Management and also “Conducting a Domestic Inquiry”. His current area of training specialisation in soft skills and HR Consultancy.


He is a graduate of The Nottingham Tent University (UK) with a Bachelors Degerce in Electronics and Computing (Hons). He completed his Master in Business Administration from the University of Selangor with a CGPA of 3.6 and a specialist in Industrial Relation and Operational matters.


He is a current practitioner and has vast experience in conducting various in-house and public courses on Delivering Service Excellence, Managing Customer Service Team, Managing Change for Results, Coaching for Greater Performance, Impactful Communication, Selling Your Idea Effectively, Think Out of The Box, Focus on Solutions, Make Effective Decisions.
